People with restrictions and disabilities (especially those living in flats) need easy to use , weatherproof secure shelters for their various buggies, scooters et cetera, which would not fit into bicycle storage. Public schemes are needed, but also some kind of encouragement or local law requiring. Builders and existing housing providersto include these in their schemes.
